Nestle USA has recalled nearly three million boxes of DiGiorno frozen pizzas, Stouffer's lasagnas, and Lean Cuisine meals after customers complained about shards of glass in their food. No injuries have been reported, and Nestle believes the glass may have come from spinach used in the products.
