Looks like the European Southern Observatory's Very Large Telescope has made a very large discovery. Scientists have captured images of a new planet, dubbed HD 95086 b, a mere 300 light-years away from Earth. The planet orbits a young sun, is four to five times the size of Jupiter, and could possibly be harboring water vapor in its atmosphere, according to a statement from Gaël Chauvin, one of the scientists who made the discovery. Don’t pack your bags just yet though—the planet has scalding surface temperatures of around 700 degrees Celsius.
