After stunning Canadians with the admission he smoked crack during one of his many “drunken stupors,” a new video shows Toronto mayor Rob Ford apparently in just such a condition—ranting, swearing, and threatening murder. Pieces of the video published simultaneously by the Toronto Sun and the Toronto Star show Ford shouting during an unidentified event. “I’m going to kill that fucking guy!” he says. “I’m telling you, it’s first-degree murder. I’ll fight him … either he dies or I die, brother.” Ford explained that he was “extremely inebriated” in the video, and that it was “embarrassing.”
