From Destiny’s Child to Simon’s Angel. Kelly Rowland will be one of three women to flank Simon Cowell (Angels to his Charlie?) at the judges table on Season 3 of The X Factor. The singer just reached a deal to join the series, according to Entertainment Weekly. Latin singer Paulina Rubio also signed on as the show’s fourth judge. Both new hires do have some experience judging talent competitions: Rowland previously served as a judge on the U.K.’s version of The X Factor and Rubio on the Mexican version of The Voice. Production on The X Factor begins Tuesday.
