The Connecticut state attorney will release a report Monday that will give a clear timeline of events inside Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14, 2012, when 20 children and six adults were shot to death by Adam Lanza. Although this report is expected to focus on the 911 calls to establish the timeline of the shooting, it is unlikely to shed much light—and it won’t give any recommendations. The first 911 call came in before 9:36 a.m., and dispatch indicate that officers were inside the school by 9:44 a.m. “I would love to know why—but I think that’s a question that is never going to be answered—and I don’t expect that to be in the police report,” said Nicole Hockley, the mother of 6-year-old victim Dylan Hockley.
