Looks like that Packers-Seahawks debacle could be a distant memory. The NFL’s regular referees will be back on the field Thursday after their union and the league reached a tentative deal at midnight to end the lockout. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the regular refs will work the Browns-Ravens game in Baltimore on Thursday night. “Something like this, it’s painful for everybody,” Goodell said about the replacement refs. “Sometimes you have to go through something like that in the short term for the right agreement for the long term.” The tentative deal must be ratified by 51 percent of the union’s 121 members, who are set to vote on it on Friday and Saturday.
