South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley will deliver the Republican Party's official response to President Obama's final State of the Union address next week. Haley's remarks will mark the first time a South Carolinian has delivered the response, and will make her the fourth female Republican after Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers' 2014 address. Haley's name has been floated as a potential vice presidential nominee for the party.
