A group of eight Los Angeles police officers, who mistakenly opened fire on a group of Los Angeles Times newspaper-deliverers in 2013, will not be criminally charged, according to the L.A. county district attorney. The women were mistakenly hit while officers pursued Christopher Dorner, a discharged police officer who went on a rampage, killing four others.
