Threatens attack after military drills.

More tension is bubbling up in North Korea. Annual military drills with South Korea and the United States have prompted threats from the country to enlarge its nuclear arsenal and attack the two allied nations. North Korea's military has accused South Korea and the U.S. of planning an invasion on the North's communist government and said that if provoked, they would start a "full-scale" war turning Seoul into a "sea of flames." North Korea also warned of “firing attacks” across the border should the South continue sending over balloons full of pamphlets describing the overthrow of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Following the North's bombardment of the southern island in November, the latest threats could reignite tensions between the two nations.
