Your move, Mr. President. North Korean officials threatened Tuesday to retaliate if the United States didn't stick with a plan to send 240,000 metric tons of food to the impoverished Asian nation. The Obama administration decided to scrap a Feb. 29 agreement to deliver the aid after North Korea went ahead with a rocket launch last week. One of the provisions of the prior arrangement was that North Korea halt its nuclear program. The United Nations condemned the rocket launch, which failed in spectacular fashion, and called on world leaders to increase sanctions against the Communist regime.
