Northern California Gunman’s Wife Found Dead in Home

Officials say the gunman who killed four people and wounded 10 others in Northern California also killed his wife. She was found dead in the home of her husband, identified through law-enforcement sources as Kevin Neal. Assistant Sheriff Phil Johnston told reporters that Neal had an ongoing dispute with a woman who lived in his neighborhood. That woman, who filed a restraining order against him earlier this year, was one of the first to be killed in the rampage. He was arrested after allegedly stabbing the neighbor during that January dispute, and officials have said they responded to another “domestic violence” incident involving Neal on Monday.
