That’s the contention of a former friend, who revealed to The Telegraph that Breivik once “told me he had had his nose and chin operated on by a plastic surgeon in America.” The head of Norway’s intelligence agency, Janne Kristiansen, seconds the assertion: “He must have had a face-lift,” she said Sunday. “You do not have that Aryan look naturally in Norway.” According to The Telegraph, Breivik is obsessed with his appearance: He has refused to have his mugshot taken so that the images he has taken of himself will continue to circulate the media; he has also refused to be seen in anything other than a red Lacoste sweater since his arrest.
