New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman declared that the fantasy sports sites FanDuel and DraftKings were illegal in the state on Tuesday. He also penned cease-and-desist letters to the company asking that they stop all operations in New York. FanDuel is currently headquartered in New York City and DraftKings set up a major office there as well.
