NYPD Testing Body Cameras

Will the rudeness fade away when New York cops and citizens alike know they're being recorded? That's the hope of NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton, who says the city's police force will start testing body cameras on a small number of officers. The move follows a federal judge ordering tests last year after finding NYC's use of stop-and-frisk tactics unconstitutional. "I think clearly the officer, knowing they are being recorded, will affect the behavior of the officer in a good way," Bratton said.
