Will the rudeness fade away when New York cops and citizens alike know they're being recorded? The move follows a federal judge ordering tests last year after finding NYC's use of stop-and-frisk tactics unconstitutional. "I think clearly the officer, knowing they are being recorded, will affect the behavior of the officer in a good way," Bratton said.
