President Obama holds an 8-point lead over Mitt Romney nationally, finds a new Investors Business Daily/Christian Science Monitor/TIPP poll out Tuesday. Of those surveyed, 46 percent said they support President Obama, compared with 38 percent of those in favor of Romney. Obama is also beating Mitt among female voters 48–35 percent.
