President Obama is set to meet Tuesday with Afghan leader Ashraf Ghani in the Oval Office, where the duo will hammer out a plan for a likely slower-than-planned U.S. troop withdrawal from the country. Ghani is expected to ask that U.S. troops remain in the country for a longer time, due to instability and threats from ISIS.
