Obama Meets With Raúl Castro

President Obama met with Cuban President Raúl Castro on Monday, representing a major thaw in U.S.-Cuban relations after a half-century of Cold War tensions. The pair stood together at the Revolution Palace in Havana, shook hands, and posed for photgraphs near other Cuban iconography, such as a sculpture of controversial Fidel Castro lieutenant Che Guevara and a statue of Cuban independence leader Jose Marti.
