Obama on Libya: 'This Is a Tragedy'

On 'Morning Joe' Monday, the president spoke out about last month's attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya, telling the hosts: 'My number one priority was secure Americans, figure out what happened, and bring those folks to justice.'
