The future site of Barack Obama’s presidential library will be in his adopted home of Chicago, reports The New York Times, citing “two people who were briefed about the decision.” Hawaii and New York City’s Columbia University also bid on the library, which will go up in Chicago’s South Side. The city’s mayor, Rahm Emanuel, is expected to make an official announcement within two weeks.
