President Obama was reportedly unsure of what to say about health care as late as this morning, but he eventually decided: The president urged Congress to move ahead with comprehensive health-care reform in his State of the Union address Wednesday night. Obama insisted on a package similar to the one he outlined to Congress five months ago, and also tried to soothe Democratic infighting.
