Obama Super PAC Gets Kerry’s Campaign Manager

Priorities USA Action, the top Democratic super PAC for President Obama's reelection campaign, has recruited a new adviser who doesn't have the best track record with presidential bids. Mary Beth Cahill was Senator John Kerry's campaign manager when he ran for the White House in 2004. She has been the United Auto Workers' Washington director for the past year and will now be a top adviser for the Obama super PAC. "Mary Beth brings an enormous wealth of experience in national campaigns, and we couldn't be happier that she's joining us," said Bill Burton, one of the group's founders.
