Politico reports that on Monday President Obama will nominate Sylvia MathewsBurwell to be the next director of the Office of Management and Budget. Burwell, who now runs the Walmart foundation, previously servedas deputy director of OMB in the Clinton administration. If confirmed by the Senate, Burwell will be confronted with a series of tough battles over the budget as well as the next debt ceiling increase.
