President Obama is planning to host a screening of the Oscar-nominated film Selma at the White House on Friday. The film’s cast and crew are expected to attend the screening at the Obamas’ 40-seat White House Family Theater. Past Oscar-nominated films the Obamas have chosen to screen include Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, Lincoln, and Beasts of the Southern Wild.
