The Secret Service better be prepared: President Obama will travel to enemy territory on Thursday when he goes to Baltimore to address House Republicans at their annual retreat. Last time the two parties met, in December, Obama accused Republicans of “scaring” Americans over his agenda. Rep. Mike Pence, the number three in House GOP leadership, said House Republicans want a better relationship with the president.
