Official: FBI Searching Pimp’s Computer

The FBI has searched a pimp’s computer to try to find the final whereabouts of one of the prostitutes found dead on a Long Island beach, law enforcement officials said Thursday. The pimp, Akeem Cruz, was one of the last people to see one of the dead prostitutes, Megan Waterman, alive, authorities said. In addition to the computer search, authorities have also questioned guests at the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppauge, New York—the last place Waterman was seen alive. Meanwhile, Nassau County Police said Thursday that they had not found any more remains—or clues—along the stretch of beach where the other bodies have been found as FBI aircraft patrolled the area.
