Officials in Iraq have located a mass grave of at least 400 civilians killed by ISIS in the province of Kirkuk. “We are standing here, where ... at least 400 civilians were dragged, some in their red jumpsuits, and brutally executed by ISIS,” Kirkuk Governor Rakan Saeed said. A top military official said individuals who witnessed the brutal killings led them to the mass grave. Saeed said the Iraqi government and the Commission of Human Rights should work to identify the victims through DNA tests.
