An Akron, Ohio man was arrested Thursday on federal charges that he called for the murder of U.S. soldiers. 25-year-old Terrence J. McNeil, 25, was charged with one count of solicitation of a crime of violence after complaints emerged about him making threats against the U.S. military on social media.
