It’s a victory for labor unions. Ohio voters struck down an anti-union law that would restrict collective-bargaining rights for hundreds of thousands of public employees. The controversial law, which was protested earlier this year, sends a strong message to GOP Gov. John Kasich. "It's clear the people have spoken," Kasich said after the measure went down 61 to 39. "I heard their voice. I understand their decision." And the organization that led to its defeat could be a huge boost to President Obama's efforts to win the key swing state, according to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.
