Olympia Snowe gave Mitt Romney an unofficial endorsement, Tuesday. The retiring Republican Senator from Maine, known for being moderate, said in March that if she were to give President Obama a grade for his cooperation with Republicans, he would be "close to failing at this point." Snowe told TPM today, "I haven't said anything formally but I am going to support Mitt Romney."
