Emma Watson revealed a little more than side-boob in a slinky Giorgio Armani dress at the Los Angeles premiere of The Perks of Being a Wallflower on Tuesday. Fortunately, the 22-year-old Harry Potter actress was wearing pasties—those handy-dandy plastic nipple cover-ups—and thus did not expose her whole nipple to the paparazzi. But they still managed to zoom in on a bit of pink flesh and captured Watson’s bashful smile in the milliseconds after the incident occurred.

The HLN host’s dress failed her mid-performance, exposing her nipple. While ABC cut away to the audience, Grace was consoled by her partner. Host Tom Bergeron acknowledged the blooper by joking that the malfunction was fine for the European version of the show. "It was a bit top-heavy at times, my darling. The diva, who emerged on the public scene with help from rapper Lil Wayne, has quickly gained popularity, as much for her colorful approach to fashion as her lyrical style. Her first embarrassing wardrobe moment was aired live on morning television and triggered a blistering attack from the Parents Television Council, which said GMA’s programmers “need to stop apologizing and implement the five-second delay that so many Americans have been calling for.”

New Jersey club-goers got more than they bargained for over the weekend, when Kelly Rowland flashed them from the stage. The soon-to-be judge on The X Factor in Britain failed to notice that her bustier top had let her down, leaving both of her breasts exposed to the camera-happy crowd. Rowland, 30, laughed off the double nip-slip, using Twitter to address the controversy: “New Jersey crowd was amazing!! hope you enjoyed the show and didnt mind the peekaboo LOL!!! #kanyeshrug #stuffhappens.”

Near the end of singer Janet Jackson’s high-energy performance at Super Bowl XXXVIII’s 2004 halftime show, singing partner Justin Timberlake ripped off half her top, exposing her right breast for less than a second. “Nipplegate” rocked the country: Although Jackson was wearing nipple jewelry, almost 8.9 million viewers were given a show, and the Federal Communications Commission had a field day. Attending this year’s CDFA Awards to accept the Fashion Icon award, the gay-rights advocate let it all hang out, inadvertently showing both breasts while posing for photographers. Certainly no stranger to the caught-on-camera nipple slip, former O.C. star Mischa Barton made quite a splash at London Fashion Week in 2008.
