Calling all history buffs and creepy collectors: JFK assassin Lee Harvey Oswald’s original coffin will go on the auction block Dec. 16, with bids starting at $1,000. Oswald’s corpse was exhumed in 1981 following a dispute between his brother and his widow, then reburied in a new casket, in Fort Worth. Also on auction will be instruments used in Oswald’s embalming, his death certificate, and a section of the seat Kennedy was sitting on when he was struck with the bullet that killed him.
