An international dispute has begun between two historically bitter rivals. Pakistan has arrested the four-member crew of an Indian military helicopter after forcing it to land Sunday near the northeastern city of Skardu, close to the border of the disputed Kashmir region, administered by India. The Pakistan Army said the chopper had violated the nation's airspace. Authorities did not say what the Army plans to do with them.
