She’s still in the Mama Grizzly’s crosshairs: As Katie Couric prepares to depart CBS News after five years in the anchor seat, Sarah Palin isn’t exactly sending her warmest regards. On Fox News Tuesday, Palin mocked Couric, who told People magazine she’s looking forward to a new position that will foster “multidimensional storytelling.” “Yeah, and I hear that she wants to now engage in more ‘multidimensional storytelling’ versus, I guess, just the ‘straight on, read into the, that teleprompter screen storytelling,’ ” said Palin. “More power to her. I wish her well in her ‘multidimensional storytelling.’ ” Palin, of course, is no fan of Couric—a point she’s made clear on several occasions—dating back to their infamous, widely mocked interview during the McCain-Palin 2008 presidential campaign.
