Sarah Palin became a grandmother for the second time, Joe McGinniss reported Monday. According to McGinniss, who was briefly the Palins' neighbor in Alaska, Kyla Grace Palin was born Sunday night to Palin’s son Track and his wife, Britta Hanson Palin. Track and Britta married in May.
