Shares of Pandora rose 63 percent to $26 after debuting on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday. Shares rose from $16 to $23.26 at one point. Pandora had a market value of $2.6 billion at the offering price, which is nearly 19 times more than last year’s sales.
