When Justin Bieber was cited for driving more than 80 mph earlier this month, the Tiger Beat coverboy claimed that he was trying to escape a gang of aggressive paparazzi who had been tailing him. Now the paparazzo who served as the alleged ringleader in the chase has been hit with four criminal charges, TMZ reports. This will mark the first case filed under a new paparazzi law that makes it a crime for paparazzi to create a dangerous situation when pursuing celebrities.
