A Spanish judge ordered two British parents into custody for up to72 hours for refusing to leave the country with their sick son, Ashya King. Brett, 51, and Naghemeh, 45, took their five-year-old son abroad because he has a brain tumor. They were hoping to get him proton beam radiation therapy, a treatment they said they couldn't access in the UK. On Thursday, the Kings took Ashya out of his British hospital and brought him and his six siblings to Spain. A European arrest warrant was issued, and the parents were caught near Málaga on Saturday. While the parents have been under arrest, Ashya's siblings have reportedly been kept from seeing him. Monday's hearing for the Kings was held behind closed doors, and it could be several weeks before a final decision is made.
