French news agency Agence France-Presse reports that both remaining suspects in the Charlie Hebdo attack have been spotted in Aisne, north of Paris. Both are reportedly armed. The manager of a petrol station near Villers-Cotteret “recognized the two men suspected of having participated in the attack against Charlie Hebdo.”
