A plane flying to Colombia was diverted to Florida Friday because a passenger matched a name on the no-fly list. Boarding passes are not supposed to be issued to people on the terrorist watch list, and once this was discovered, the plane changed course and landed in Jacksonville. Law enforcement officials announced the passenger was not in fact a suspected terrorist.
