Tim Pawlenty was showered in glitter during a book signing in San Francisco. “Where's your courage to stand for gay rights and reproductive rights, huh, Tim Pawlenty?” shouted one of the protesters, from anti-war group CODEPINK. Pawlenty has said he supports reinstating Don't Ask, Don't Tell. The CODEPINK activists say they got the idea from the glitter bombing of Newt Gingrich last month, also during a book signing. “It's nonviolent and it looks great,” said Nancy Mancias. “It's just disarming. How can you be mad at anybody who throws glitter?"
