Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) on Tuesday said emails between Donald Trump Jr. and an intermediary for a Kremlin-connected lawyer show that “there is no longer a question of whether this campaign sought to collude with a hostile foreign power to subvert America’s democracy.” What is yet unknown, Wyden said, is “how far the coordination goes.” Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) told reporters at the Capitol that he is confident Trump Jr. would testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee, a day after the panel’s vice chairman, Mark Warner, said he “absolutely” wants the president’s son to testify.
