In Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders, the Denver Broncos' Peyton Manning broke the NFL's single-season record for passing, with 5,477 yards. It was a cherry on top of a 34-14 victory that gives Denver the top AFC playoff seed. Denver also became the first team to score 600 points in a season. Not bad for a guy who missed all of 2011 due to an injury.
