A chartered Boeing 737-200 plane crashed in Canada's Arctic region Saturday, killing at least 12 people and injuring three others. One of the injured is in critical condition. The crash occurred when the plane was approaching the airport in Resolute Bay, one of the country's most northerly communities. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper was scheduled to travel to Resolute Bay on Monday for his annual Arctic trip.
