Robert Lewis Dear, Jr. is expected to be formally charged Wednesday with murder for killing a police officer and two others in the shooting rampage at the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic last month. Planned Parenthood’s chief experience officer has suggested the attack counted as “a form of domestic terrorism.”
