Comedian, writer, and star of Parks and Recreation, Amy Poehler gave the nation some much-needed loving after the Boston Marathon bombing this week in a video posted on her Smart Girls channel. A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Poehler was responding to a question from a 16-year-old named Millie who said she wasn't sure how to deal with all of the images of evil surrounding the incident. "It's been tough, hasn't it?" Poehler says. "I kind of feel like my eyes need a break." Us too. "Maybe try to see things in a different way" she suggests. "By reading about them or talking about them." Visibly emotional, she admits: "I'm not sure if this makes sense," then closes with: "I love you Boston."
