Two police officers are dead in Atlanta after their helicopter went down over the city. They were searching for a missing 9-year-old boy. The helicopter was flying low not far from the city’s downtown area when it crashed for unspecified reasons. The helicopter broke into pieces and knocked out power for 1,300 local Georgia Power customers. The missing boy was found, and the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the accident.
