Kevin Loibl, the man who shot and killed singer Christina Grimmie this month, was reportedly obsessed with Grimmie and admired her to the point of altering his appearance to impress her. Loibl, 27, whitened his teeth, lost weight, and got Lasik surgery and hair plugs. A friend told police that he expressed doubt to Loibl about the possibility of him ever dating her—something that made Loibl defensive. He shot and killed Grimmie on June 10 before turning the gun on himself.
