Police in Gwinnett, Georgia arrested five people at a traffic stop on Monday after they found explosives in their vehicle. They then obtained a search warrant for a private residence, where they discovered materials to make two more explosive devices. The suspects are William Dale Parten, 41; Phillip Ray Duncan, 54; Shirley Maddox, 62; Michael Brewer, 42; and Matthew Henry Rothove, 44.
