U.K. authorities have identified Wednesday’s London attacker as 52-year-old Khalid Masood. Masood, who was killed by police after ramming his car into a crowd and stabbing people at random outside Westminster Palace, is accused of killing three people, including a police officer, and injured scores more. Masood reportedly has a criminal history and is a U.K. citizen. Earlier Thursday, ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack. Among those killed was an American from Utah, Kurt Cochran.
