Pope Francis Visits Paraguay Slum

Pope Francis spent the last day of his pilgrimage in Latin America in Badano Norte, a Paraguayan slum near the capital city of Asuncion. “I have looked forward to being with you today. I could not come to Paraguay without spending some time with you, here on your land,” the pope told locals. About 1,500 families live in the flood-prone area.
